At Vaccari Boots, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our footwear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn boots in their original branded box and pack them securely inside a separate shipping carton to protect the leather and finish.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the boots for quality and condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
